Ection steel cutting machines offer flexible station configurations to match actual processing needs. Each station can be customized with three options:
· Plate cutting – Modular design compatible with standard flat cutting platforms
· Profile cutting – Pneumatic table for H-profiles
· Tube cutting – Dedicated table for heavy-duty round tubes

Cutting parameters can be adjusted in real time during operation, supporting workpiece surface height tracking, ±45° bevel cutting, multiple cutting modes, and various piercing methods for maximum flexibility and precision.

Paired with TubesT steel profile nesting software, it seamlessly integrates with Tekla for efficient drawing, nesting and optimized toolpaths. It automatically prints part names and welding positions on each piece, simplifying traditional workflows and boosting efficiency.
