Automatic path planning & obstacle avoidance
System automatically calculates optimal welding routes with shortest motion logic and real-time collision avoidance, ensuring smooth and safe operation without manual intervention.
System automatically calculates optimal welding routes with shortest motion logic and real-time collision avoidance, ensuring smooth and safe operation without manual intervention.
Welding seams are automatically extracted from the model to generate paths instantly, eliminating manual programming and greatly improving efficiency.
High-speed scanning enables model-to-workpiece alignment with automatic identification of orientation, faces, and reference points for precise setup.
Supports TEKLA, SolidWorks, UG files, 3D model conversion, and parametric modeling for seamless integration across different design systems.
One-click to disassemble drawing
It supports teaching-free welding of various steel structures such as crane beam, rib plates, purlin support plates, corbel, bridge diaphragms, ship-building subassemblies, etc. It also has one-key disassembly of TEKLA steel structure workshop, easy to import single components into the robot system, which is convenient and fast.

In addition to TEKLA detailing, this product supports multiple modeling methods:
•Import of 3D model files from SolidWorks and UG (STP, STEP, etc.);
•Import and conversion of 2D drawings into 3D models;
•Parametric modeling;

Automatically extract weld seams based on the imported welding model.

No manual intervention is required, the system automatic sorting (based on the shortest robot moving distance), supports automatic path planning, collision detection and singular point avoidance, automatic generating welding gun postures.

Long-distance (high-stand-off) high-speed scanning is used for initial positioning, enabling automatic matching between the model and the actual workpiece, as well as automatic identification of workpiece face A and B, and the head and tail of the workpiece.
